I’m a high school science teacher and department chair in Los Angeles, CA! I’m credentialed in biology, chemistry, geoscience, health and medical technology (CTE), information and communication technology (CTE), and child development and family services (CTE).

I thought about using a more professional picture to introduce myself, but I felt like this one gives you a better glimpse at who I really am.

According to my LinkedIn and resume, I’m a high school teacher. Behind the titles, I’m a learner.  I aim to change the status quo through helping all my students see that they can be the future generation of STEM professionals that changes the world.
